Kyle D. Reich, Esquire

Kyle Reich is an Associate Attorney with Golkow Hessel.  Kyle is a native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania where he grew up on a horse farm.  Being injured himself in the past, he always wanted to be a lawyer, representing individuals who have suffered physically and financially.  He now focuses on personal injury cases, passionately defending his clients' right to recovery. Kyle represents clients who have been traumatically injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, premise liability and defective products.

In 2011, Kyle graduated from the Temple University Fox School of Business.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2014 where he completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program - Civil Division. While in law school, he clerked for multiple personal injury and workers’ compensation law firms in the Philadelphia area.

Kyle is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. He sits as a certified arbitrator in Philadelphia County. He is also an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.  His success stories have been published in “Verdict Search.”

As a lawyer, Kyle has tried dozens of cases to verdict.  Although, trial is not always the answer, he prepares every case for trial in order to get the settlement the client needs before the case goes to trial.
