Brad was born and raised in Villanova, PA and graduated from Radnor High School in 2005. He attended Penn State University, graduating with a degree in media law and policy in 2009. He then earned his juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012.
Brad has been representing injured workers and subrogated workers’ compensation insurance carriers for 10 years in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, products liability, construction and industrial accidents, and legal/medical malpractice. He was named a Pennsylvania “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2022, an honor that recognizes no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
Brad is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. Brad has also handled matters in multiple jurisdictions across the county through pro hac vice admissions.
Brad currently resides in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children, along with their Labrador retriever, Valentine.
