Gia was raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania and graduated from Scranton Prep in 2012. She graduated from Temple University in 2016 and received her degree in Strategic Communications with a concentration in Rhetoric and Public Advocacy. She received her juris doctor from Drexel University Kline School of Law in 2019, where she received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for completing the most Pro Bono Hours in her class.
Gia began her career as a proud Public Defender for the Luzerne County Public Defender’s Office in Wilkes-Barre, PA. There she fought to protect the Constitutional rights of indigent clients who were accused of violating the law. As a public defender, she was provided the opportunity to handle her own cases completely from beginning to completion, including jury trials.
Gia returned to Philadelphia in 2022 and made the move to civil litigation. She defended corporations in asbestos litigation, attending depositions and performing extensive legal research.
